Cancer Registries in Action

Year one of registry-based randomised trials

Over the past year, a new trial approach has initiated four oncology registry trials, now open and recruiting. The trials, involving therapeutic and psychosocial fields have evolved; advancing design through lessons learned, and gaining endorsement from cooperative groups.

Interest from industry is increasing, and further opportunities exist – where to from here?

Join us for the first year review of the oncology registry-based randomised trials, registry trials; showcasing progress, practical experience, challenges and future direction.

Registry trials are a cost-effective clinical approach. Clinicians, coordinators, ethics and governance, as well as interested researchers are encouraged to attend to understand registry trial outcomes to date and discuss future direction with an expert panel.
