PC4 seeking views to inform research

The Primary Care Collaborative Cancer Clinical Trials Group (PC4) is based at the University of Melbourne Centre for Cancer Research (UMCCR).

The group is funded by Cancer Australia to help develop new clinical trials focused on the role of primary care across the cancer care continuum. They support research into cancer prevention, diagnosis, survivorship and palliative care.

They are currently trying to identify which areas of research they should be prioritising to make the biggest impact for cancer patients, their carers, families and health care professionals and have created a short survey to collect views.

"We are keen to have a wide range of views."

“The survey is being distributed nationally,” says Kristi Milley PC4’s National Manager. “We are keen to have a wide range of views on what people think the key research gaps in cancer in primary care might be and are looking for anyone who has experience in cancer care to take 5 minutes to complete the survey.”

The survey will be open until COB Monday 13 April 2020 via this link.
