James Flintoft is an experienced Non-Executive Director with extensive private and public sector governance and leadership experience.
He is a director of the Epworth Healthcare Group, The Burnet Institute, the Transport Accident Commission, Development Victoria, Yulgilbar/Myer Family, Foundation House for Refugees, and Foundation for Rural & Regional Australia. He was previously a director of Agriculture Services Victoria Pty Ltd, that holds and commercialises Victoria’s agriculture research IP.
James’ executive career has included strategy consulting with McKinsey & Co in Sydney, London and Washington, including pharma and healthcare; commercial banking with ANZ; and policy and service delivery with Governments (Department of Prime Minister & Cabinet, Agriculture Victoria Research, and Regional Development Victoria).
