Strategic Plan 2016-20

Aiming to progress systems to support better, more integrated research and clinical care.

By placing the experience of patients affected by cancer at the centre of clinical service delivery, the VCCC Alliance works constructively to expand and enhance expertise, resources, connections and reach.

The VCCC Alliance Strategic Plan 2016-20 aims to progress appropriate systems for effective sharing of clinical and research data, to support better, more integrated research and clinical care through:

Priority 1: Improving patient outcomes and experience – using research evidence and performance data to drive better cancer care

Priority 2: Clinical trials – accelerating access to new ways to manage cancer

Priority 3: Cancer research – discovering the prevention strategies, diagnostics and therapies of tomorrow
