The Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre (VCCC) Alliance welcomes the opportunity to contribute to the development of the third edition of the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards.

 

We commend the Commission’s commitment to improving both access to healthcare and patient outcomes. The VCCC Alliance strongly advocates for the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care to explicitly embed equity into the upcoming third edition of the NSQHS Standards to address known gaps and promote fairness in healthcare delivery.
