Harry has had personal experience with health issues, care, and recovery. Since retirement from an Executive role in the IT industry, he has worked in health services mostly as a board director. His personal and work experience has provided him with skills to navigating the cancer pathway and make decisions about many of the varied components, from prevention through to accessing support services.
Harry is a consumer representative from the Regional Trials Network - Victoria, which aims for equitable access and outcomes for regional and rural cancer patients and to bridge the gap between metropolitan and regional trial participation.
There are times where Harry likes to step away from work and take therapeutic restoration, where he restores classic Jaguar motor cars. Mostly 12 cylinder models. He has been doing this most of his life and only snow sports redirect him from this.
