Christopher Neesham is a psychologist and executive director of Neesham Consulting. He is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and member of the European Federation of Sports Psychology. Christopher specializes in organisational development, leadership development and performance enhancement.
He has global experience in building the leadership capability and raising the performance ceiling of executive teams. He also coaches senior executives and leaders to optimise their potential, coachees include: entrepreneurs leading multi-million dollar startups, middle managers transitioning into executive roles, C Suite executives as well as regional and global leaders Christopher has worked in Australia, Europe and the US with Fortune 500 companies, SME’s, government departments and multi nationals in the finance, logistics, telecommunications, energy, education, FMCG, manufacturing, agriculture and pharmaceutical sectors.
In the sports sector he has worked with elite athletes and high performance coaches, including National and Olympic Coaches. Christopher is also the designer of Elite Feats an online high performance program for coaches and athletes This program is regularly used by top athletes and teams including those ranked in the world top 10. And had its’ Olympic debut in Tokyo with the Jamaican Olympic team.
Christopher has written several books, he is the author of DICE. A Practical Method for Building Better Leaders. DICE has been described by Giles Hirst, Professor Australian National University (Australia’s highest ranked institution) College of Business and Economics Chair of Leadership, as an excellent book, that fulfils an important practical need and does so better than other books I have seen.
Christopher’s interests outside work include skiing, flying (he is a licenced pilot) and open water swimming. He enjoys ‘frontier swimming’, swimming into the unknown, and has completed solo marathon swims in the Aegean, the Black Sea, the Arabian Sea, the South China Sea and the Atlantic Ocean.
