Sarcoma Awareness Month: Advancing sarcoma research through clinical trials

Collaborative Efforts in Pioneering Sarcoma Research and Enhancing Patient Access

What does the future hold for clinical trials in sarcoma research? What's next for ANZSA? Join us for a webinar answering the big questions, with a particular focus on the unique challenges faced by sarcoma patients in accessing clinical trials.

Australia and New Zealand Sarcoma Association (ANZSA) is partnering with VCCC Alliance in July to present a special series of webinars for Sarcoma Awareness Month.

This webinar brings together experts and consumers to discuss the current and future landscape of sarcoma clinical trials led by Australia and New Zealand Sarcoma Association (ANZSA). A key focus will be on the unique challenges faced by patients with this rare cancer in accessing clinical trials.

The impact of consumer involvement on the design of clinical trials will also be explored, as well as the importance of fostering collaboration and partnerships in the pursuit of better outcomes for those affected by sarcoma.

Attend this webinar to:

  • Discover the challenges and opportunities associated with conducting clinical trials in sarcoma research, and how these can be addressed to improve patient outcomes.
  • Learn about the importance of consumer involvement in clinical trials, and the impact of consumer-driven changes led by the ANZSA consumer panel on sarcoma research.
  • Understand the role fostering collaboration and partnerships between experts and consumers plays in the pursuit of better outcomes for those affected by sarcoma, particularly in Adolescents and Young Adult (AYA) patients.
