Health professionals are increasingly using behaviour change techniques to optimise treatment outcomes and improve the overall wellbeing of their clients.
This webinar will explore the principals of behaviour change and present key techniques that can be used in clinical practice.
This session is designed to be experiential, with attendees encouraged to consider a behaviour in their own life that they would like to change.
