Leadership Coach

Working primarily within organisations, Michelle has a focus on leadership development, governance, change and culture. Michelle draws on team coaching approaches that explore team outcomes, dynamics and development. Michelle has worked in community health and hospital as a Social Worker. She has a Masters in Innovation and Services Management (Org. Development) from RMIT which provides a framework from which to explore how organisations function, innovate and lead change.

Chyonne Kreltszheim
Leadership Coach

Chyonne is an engaging facilitator and coach who enjoys supporting clients to achieve exceptional and sustainable outcomes through inclusive leadership and communication. With over a decade of experience as a lawyer, Chyonne has deep expertise in helping clients to develop their capability in negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution. She has also developed a substantial practice in leadership development, supporting clients to create more inclusive cultures that honour and leverage people’s differences to generate more valuable and sustainable outcomes. Chyonne’s style is creative, supportive and pragmatic. She has a knack for creating safe spaces for clients to explore tough issues openly and constructively. Clients value her focus, responsiveness and ability to ask incisive questions that quickly get to the heart of the matter.
