The VCCC Alliance Mentoring Program is designed to bring together mid and senior-level clinical trials staff to encourage career development, knowledge exchange, and leadership skills. Mentoring can help the mentee guide their future personal and professional achievements, and contribute to strategic initiatives to improve outcomes for their careers. Applications for both mentors and mentees are now open.
Through both facilitated and individual mentor/mentee sessions, the VCCC Alliance Mentoring Program aims to support around eight mentoring pairs over a period of four months. The facilitated sessions (introduction, midway and final) will complement and provide guidance for the sessions between the mentor and mentee. It is recommended that the mentor/mentee sessions are organised soon after the introductory session and follow the outline below.
The program will commence in January 2023, with mentors and mentees matched prior to the Week 1 facilitated introduction session. Whilst there is a suggested time frame to mentor and mentee sessions, please note there is freedom and flexibility to meet as per your availability.
Expressions of interest are now open for both mentors and mentees. Please ensure you fill in the application that suits your preference.
