Readers are invited to complete a short, 10 minute survey regarding the Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre (ACSC) based at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. Complete the survey and enter the draw to win a free registration to the 3rd Victorian Cancer Survivorship Conference, 12-13 March 2020, valued at $500.

Readers are invited to complete a short, 10 minute survey regarding the Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre (ACSC) based at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. Complete the survey and enter the draw to win a free registration to the 3rd Victorian Cancer Survivorship Conference, 12-13 March 2020, valued at $500.

The survey is for health professionals and survivors who provide and receive cancer care, professionals whose role relates to cancer, carers of people with cancer, cancer volunteers and cancer advocates.

 The ACSC is evaluating levels of:

  • awareness of the program
  • acceptability and use of program and outputs
  • engagement people may have with the program

The information collected through this survey will help identify areas for improvement and directly inform ACSC strategic and communications plans moving forward. 

The survey will be open until COB Wednesday 20 November 2019 and is available here  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Survey_ACSC
