Scholarships: Travel expenses to the Implementing Neoadjuvant Immunotherapy Workshop (May 2024)

Rural and regional attendees at our in-person Implementing Neoadjuvant Immunotherapy Workshop are invited to apply for a travel scholarship to cover the costs of your meals, one night of accommodation and travel expenses. Reimbursement is contingent on your registration for the event via Eventbrite and submission of the application form with receipts. Capped amounts as specified below. 

Accommodation

One night accommodation in metro Melbourne on Friday, 10 May 2024 or Saturday, 11 May 2024 (the night before or the night following the event), for an amount of up to $200.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be reimbursed at ATO guideline rates, but only for meals not already included in the Saturday event.

If you're staying overnight in Melbourne on Friday 10 May, this may include:

• Thursday 4 April dinner and drinks, up to $61.50
• Friday 5 April breakfast, up to $32.10
• Friday 5 April dinner, up to $61.50

If you're staying overnight in Melbourne on Saturday 11 May, this may include:

• Friday 5 April breakfast, up to $32.10
• Friday 5 April dinner and drinks, up to $61.50
• Saturday 6 April breakfast, up to $32.10

Travel

You may choose to submit dated receipts of:

• A return trip cost of train travel from your closest railway station
• Cost of parking, up to $30

How to apply

Total reimbursement is capped at $250 per scholarship.
